Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is a person who relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.

The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the team’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, back-office support, sales tracking and forecasting, create local market reports, client communications post sale, and referral programs
  • Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Weekly accountability with lead agent to insure customers and client’s expectations are being exceeded.
  • Focused on increasing team productivity and insuring clients are moving towards their goal of selling or buying.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members; which includes oversight of the contract to close and listing management processes.

Sales Agent


The Showing Partner is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is able to work well within the organization.  He/ she will work with lead agents, additional showing partners, and great support staff who are all united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. He/ She will have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. 

The Showing Partner demonstrates daily the knowledge, attitude, skill, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seek win-win agreements. The Showing Partner prospects for leads daily, closes those leads to appointments, closes for agreements, and then conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis. At that point, he/she will select homes that meet the criteria and will drive the clients to the homes. The Showing Partner will then refine the criteria and close for contract offers. At that point, the Showing Partner will hand the client back to Michelle who will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the transaction on through to the closing.

The Showing Partner also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.
 

What will you do?

Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis

Research and find homes that meet clients’ needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, conducting a professional market analysis of the home and neighborhood. Verifying the value of the client’s prospective home and proper position of contractual offers.

Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the point of writing the offer.

Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all home ownership issues.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Scheduling showings and researching comparables.
  • Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to the choosing of the home.
  • Weekly email updates to team leader about progress of client in their home search.
